Let's assume

so,

opposite =b

adjacent=a

now, we can use tan

[tex]tan(B)=\frac{b}{a}[/tex]

now, we can solve for b

Multiply both sides by a

[tex]a*tan(B)=a*\frac{b}{a}[/tex]

[tex]b=a*tan(B)[/tex]
