"As packaged" will indicate whether it was wrapped or whether it was achieved when it was packed so it would be, etc.

"As prepared" means how they did it / what they did as they did.

Some aren't prepared (like a fruit) or come from another company. This suggests they 'd actually place 'as boxed' only.

Now, if they put both, it'd actually be a tuna-like food etc.
