so first of all let's take x real different from 1 , as this is not allowed to divide by 0

[tex](hoh^{-1})(x)=x=h(h^{-1}(x))=\dfrac{12}{h^{-1}(x)-1} \ \ \ so\\h^{-1}(x)-1=\dfrac{12}{x} \\\\h^{-1}(x)=1+\dfrac{12}{x}[/tex]

and this is defined for x real different from 0
