[tex]\tan \theta =\dfrac{Perpendicular}{Base}[/tex]

Using the above trigonometric ratio in the given triangle, we get

[tex]Tan R =\dfrac{AD}{AR}[/tex]

[tex]Tan R =\dfrac{13}{17}[/tex]

Therefore, the correct option is C.
