Recalled food should be separated from food being served until they are effectively disposed. Recall food refers to those food that are declare harmful by the producers and for which the producers are making efforts to remove them from the market. Sch food should be separated from other food and kept in a separate place until notification is received from the vendor about how to dispose such food.
